Tasting Note:December 19, 2017

Last white wine at our tasting at Raats Family Wines with Marika. Medium pale yellow. Something a little bit hidden on the nose, a touch sweet. Notes of pears, stone fruits, butter and a touch of wood. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Layered palate with stone fruits, touch of citrus and wood elements too. Medium to medium plus finish. Very interesting blend and a pleasure to drink.

White blend made up of 69% Chenin Blanc, 26% Semillon, 3% Muscat de Frontignan and 3% Muscat d'Alexandrie. Aged for 12 months in neutral oak.

2017 till 2022.
