2014 La Pitchoune Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

Light to medium ruby red with brick edges. A bit of tar on the nose with some roses and black cherries. Medium acidity (6/10) with some furry tannins (6/10) and medium to medium plus body. Layered and balanced palate with notes of twigs, red berries and some lilac. Medium plus finish.
Second stop in Sonoma with Andrew Berge of Spell Estate, La Pitchoune and Tiny House to name a few. First red from La Pitchoune is their Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir which from the English Hill, Holder and DeVoto vineyards.
