2015 La Pitchoune Chardonnay Pratt Vineyard
Tasting Note:May 25, 2018
Medium to deep lemon yellow. Rich and full nose with marshmallows, vanilla, lemon curd and baked apples. Tangy acidity (7/10) and medium plus bodied. Lush flavors on the palate with some nice round edges of apples, lemons, a touch nutty and some stony elements. Smooth texture and lingering finish.
Second stop in Sonoma with Andrew Berge of Spell Estate, La Pitchoune and Tiny House to name a few. Next white from La Pitchoune is their Pratt Vineyard Chardonnay.
