Very lively and salmon pink. Notes of strawberry creme on the nose. Medium acidity (6/10) and light bodied. No sweetness on the palate with notes of strawberries, melon and watermelon. Medium to medium plus finish.

Made up of 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay. Aged for 13 months on the lees.
