2012 Strydom Family Wines Cape Winemakers Guild Paradigm
Tasting Note:October 1, 2018
Dark purplish ruby red and coats the glass. Lovely and layered nose with notes of chalk, a bit earthy, blackberries, branches, dark spices and dark cherries. Medium plus tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Love the palate, thick with dark baking spices, black cherries, black currants, cassis, woody and dark gravel. Long and lingering finish.
