Tasting Note:September 6, 2017

First of the wines for our wine pairing at Chef's Table this evening, paired with a mixed green salad with a Champagne Vinaigrette.

Light golden yellow. A little stinky to start on the nose with hay, light stone fruits, and seems to have a little bit of barrel influence. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and light bodied. Clean palate with green apples, lemon zest and a little bit of vegetal notes in the finish. Nice minerality in the medium length finish. Well balanced and paired well with course one.
