Tasting Note:September 6, 2017

Second wine for our wine pairing at Chef's Table this evening, paired with a green pea soup with a truffle poached egg and bacon.

Light to medium yellow. Perfumey nose with tropical fruits and a bit clean. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Surprised this is unoaked. Layers of lemon curd and a creamy texture. Medium length finish.
