Tasting Note:August 14, 2017

Light to medium red. Layered nose with cinnamon, herbs, brown sugar, perfumey, gunpowder, and a touch savory in the backend. Low to medium tannins (4.5/10) and medium bodied. Spicy palate with a kick, vanilla, licorice, black currants, and a strong herbal component. Seems to have a lot higher alcohol content than 13.7%. Medium to medium plus finish. Easy to drink.

Pre-dominately made up of Cabernet Sauvignon with a little bit of Merlot.

2017 till 2020.
