2012 Mollydooker Enchanted Path

Super dark purplish red. Layered and complex nose with notes of cassis, black cherries, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel and even more red berries. Moderate tannins (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied. Needed the 'Shake'. Still a bit of heat with tons of red berries, and a little graphite. Give it a long decant.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend made up of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented in a mix of 91% American oak and 9% French oak. Of which 82% are new. High alcohol with 16%.

2017 till 2022.
