Tasting Note:May 31, 2018

Medium lemon yellow with some lime hues. A bit green onions on the nose with some Granny Smith apples and a touch floral. Vibrant acidity (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Tons of green apples on the palate with a touch of white floral and a little green notes. Medium plus finish.

Second of the four Sauvignon Blancs from Jack Winery. Made up of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Sauvignon Musqué. Aged sur lie for six months prior to bottling.
