Medium golden yellow. Lush nose with honeysuckle, a touch of wax, pears, golden apples and apricot. Balanced acidity (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied. Creamy palate with honey, white flowers, Asian pears and a touch sweet. Medium plus to long finish.

First of the four Sauvignon Blancs from Jack Winery. Made up of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Sauvignon Musqué. Aged sur lie for six months prior to bottling.
