2006 Antonelli San Marco Sagrantino di Montefalco
Region: Sagrantino di Montefalco, Montefalco, Umbria, Italy
Tasting Note:January 19, 2019
Medium garnet red with brick edges. More floral on the nose than the 2005 with some dried roses, lavender, spices and some black fruits. Heavy tannins (7/10) with well balanced acidity and medium plus bodied. Layered palate with some dried meats, dried black cherries and great finesse. Long and lingering finish.
