Tasting Note:May 1, 2018

Second wine at Jaime’s. Super dark purplish red. A bit tight on the nose with some cinnamon, cocoa, blackberries, plums, spices and graphite. Heavy tannins (7/10) and full bodied. A bit of minerality on the palate with dark red and blackberries, violets and seeet dry spices. Long and lingering finish.

Bordeaux blend made up of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. Aged for 20 months in 85% new French oak.

2016 till 2034.
