Tasting Note:January 15, 2018

Deep ruby core with garnet edges. Needed some time to open up. Herbal attack on the nose with plums, black cherries, and some cedar. Medium yet soft tannins (6/10) and medium to medium plus body. Elegant and rounded attack on the palate with notes of mint, cocoa, blackberries, coconut, and woody. Medium plus length finish.

If the technical details are similar to the 2013 then: Made up of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 18 months in 59% new French oak barriques.
