Tasting Note:September 29, 2018

Clear greenish yellow in appearance. Fresh and fruity nose with layers of lychees, tropical and stone fruits. Medium acidity (6/10) and light plus bodied. A little sweet on the palate with some floral elements, white fruits, perfume and a little creamy. Solid minerality comes through in the medium plus finish.

Second wine in the VIP tasting lounge during the Cape Winemakers Guild Auction and second still white wine. This is made up of 100% Grenache Blanc by Carl van der Merwe from Stellenbosch. Aged for a total of twelve months on the lees. Only 60 cases produced with 40 being auctioned in 2018.
