Tasting Note:September 28, 2018

Light to medium greenish yellow. Perfumed nose with notes of wax, almonds and a little citrus. Medium acidity (6/10) and light plus to medium bodied. Fresh attack on the palate with some stone and citrus fruits. A bit of a waxy medium plus finish.

Fourth wine at the Friday Auction Tasting for the Cape Winemakers Guild and second still white wine. This is made up of 100% Semillon by Nicky Versfeld from Darling. Aged for eight months on the lees prior to bottling. Only 130 cases produced and only 50 being auctioned in 2018.
