Region: Western Cape, Coastal Region, South Africa
Tasting Note:September 28, 2018
Medium yellow in appearance with moderate liveliness. A bit stinky in the nose with some animal nuances, baked yeast, dirty cellar and a bit of minerality. Moderate acidity (6/10) with a light plus to medium body. A little tart on the palate with some Granny Smith apples and white gravel. Long finish.
