Deep ruby red in appearance. Notes of eucalyptus, red berries, menthol and green peppers on the nose. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and strong acidity. Medium bodied with notes of raspberries, cherries and earthy undertones. Dry medium plus finish.

Made up of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and from vineyards all over South Australia, such as Wrattonbully, Padthaway, Coonawarra, McLaren Vale and Port Lincoln. Aged for 12 months in 10% new French oak barrels.
