We believe this is the inaugural bottling
Light to medium salmon pink. A touch dirty and earthy on the nose with some red berries and copper that dissipates with time. Medium acidity (6.5/10) with a light body. Crisp attack on the palate with watermelon, strawberries and soft tropical undertones. Sharp short plus to medium finish.
This is made up of 50% Syrah and 50% Tempranillo.
