Light greenish yellow. Insanely young and refreshing. Layered nose with white stone fruits, green apples, and some tropical fruits. Crisp and bright acidity (7.5/10). Notes of apricot, lychee, more white stone fruits, a bit tangy and solid minerality in the long finish. Great structure and seems built to age a few years.

Inaugural release of this Sauvignon Blanc from Julien Fayard at Scalon Cellars, very excited to see what comes next.
