First red of the wines tasted with Dan and Filipa at there home.
Medium to deep ruby red. A touch savory on the nose. Dark and layered on the palate with a touch of earthiness. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Dark dusty red berries, even a little black fruits on the end with a touch of minerality. Dry medium plus finish. Excellent value.
Inaugural release made up of 40% Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo), 40% Trincaderia, and 20% Alicante Bouschet. Only 600 cases produced.
