1973 Château Nairac
Region: Barsac, Sauternes, Graves, Bordeaux, France
Tasting Note:April 02, 2017
Orangey gold. Layers of cinnamon, a little nutty, honeysuckle, apricot and a little dirty cellar. A touch of heat and a bit bitter. Moderate acidity (5/10) and light bodied. Seems to be a little bit over the hill.
Had a glass out of a magnum at Bern's Steakhouse. Château Nairac is classified as a Second Growth in the 1855 Classification.
