Light greenish yellow. Fun nose with notes of grass, citrus - lemon and lime, stone fruits, and melon. Moderate acidity (7/10) and light bodied. Tons of citrus, melon and strong minerality on the palate. Crisp and refreshing, perfect for the beach and seafood.

Sauvignon Blanc-led blend of 92% Sauvignon Blanc, 2.5% Sauvignon Musque, 3% Sémillon and 2.5% Viognier. Aged for 5 months in a mix of 71.5% Stainless Steel, 13% new French oak, 3% new Acacia oak, 11% neutral French oak, and 2.5% concrete egg. 4,500 cases produced and 14.2% alcohol.
