Pale yellow. Notes of hay, light citrus notes and a little dirty or woody on the nose. Moderate acidity (4/10) and medium bodied. Palate is a bit savory and a touch green, a little grass in the finish. Some woody notes and dark gravel too. Medium finish.

Vineyards are located at an elevation of 980 meters high. Fermentated in 50% stainless steel and 50% French oak barrels. Aged for 9 months in 50% new French oak barrels. Only 50% goes through malolactic fermentation. Only 2,000 cases produced.
