Tasting Note:March 17, 2017

Deep ruby red. A little tight on the nose with a bit of red berries and baking spices. Some more darker fruits on day two. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. A touch savory with notes of anise, bramble berries, raspberries, and even a little caramel. Solid acidity with a medium plus finish.

Made up of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Fellom Ranch, Cupertino and Eden Valley Vineyards and 30% Syrah from the Monte Roble Vineyard. Aged for 32 months in 40% new American oak. Only 50 cases produced and 14.2% alcohol.
