Medium garnet edges with a bit of ruby in the core. Interesting nose with elements that of red cherries, black currants, twigs and purple flowers. Balanced acidity (5.5/10) and tannins (5/10). Needed some time to open up nicely. Notes of cherries, raspberries and spices on the palate. Light plus to medium bodied with a medium to medium plus finish.

Majority of the fruit in this bottling is from Sonoma County (79%) and aged for 11 months in 20% new French oak.
