Perfect way to finish off a stunning meal. Dark golden yellow. With lots of hay and wheat on the nose. Super thick syrupy texture with tons of honey and honeysuckle. Possibly has had little TCA. Great acidity (6/10) and full bodied. Long finish too with lots of life left in it!
