Second Australian Shiraz of the night. Deep and dark ruby red. Classic Aussie nose with a ton of caramel, sweet bread, molasses, jammy and an interesting undertone of mint. Moderate tannins (6.5/10) with black cherries, caramel and even more complex dark fruits as it opens up. Medium body and long finish. Delicious Aussie Shiraz.
