Last red from Andis Wines. Deep ruby red with purplish hues. Lots of gamey notes on day one. Day two added some extra complexity with green peppers and light floral notes. Definitely a lighter and more elegant styled Cabernet Franc with some green peppers and red cherries on the palate. Moderate tannins (6/10) and moderate body. Slight dry moderate finish.

Inspired by the wines of the Loire Valley in France. This Cabernet Franc is aged in a large concrete egg-shaped tank in order to help preserve the delicate nature of this wine. Made of 100% Cabernet Franc and only 533 cases produced.
