Garnet red. Nose was meaty and gamey straight out of the bottle. Slight marmite and smokey nose, layered with some dark cassis and wood chips. Moderate tannins (6/10) and a moderate body. Moderate and dry finish. Great airport wine!

Second line of wines from Thelema Mountain Vineyards, made from fruit grown in their Elgin vineyards. Blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% Petit Verdot. Aged for 18 months in 40% new French oak barrels. 23,166 bottles produced.
