2006 Château Lynch-Bages
Region: Pauillac, Medoc, Bordeaux, France
Second out of the three year blind vertical after the blind Burgundy night. Deep and dark ruby red with some purplish hues. Some dark berries and lead on the nose. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Rustic, earthy and light dark berries. Longest finish of the three with lingering dry finish. In a few more years this could be a real beauty especially when it gets more integrated.
