2023 Saronsberg Earth in Motion Chenin Blanc

Light greenish yellow in appearance. Interesting attack on the nose with some guava and lemon grass. Medium plus acidity (7.5/10) and a medium minus body. White tropical fruits on the palate with some stone fruits and a steely finish.

Second wine at the estate. Aged in 100% Stainless Steel and made up of Chenin Blanc. An absolutely beautiful estate, wish we had more time to tour the sculptures and art. Thank you Janine for hosting us.
