Tasting Note:December 19, 2017

Third wine at our tasting at Raats Family Wines with Marika. Medium pale yellow. Big difference on the nose compared to the 2017 Original with quite a bit of oak elements. A touch floral with some light fruits. Medium acidity (6/10) and light plus to medium bodied. Smooth and creamier mouthfeel on the palate with some light unripe citrus notes. Long finish.

Made up of 100% Chenin Blanc and aged for 12 months in 50% neutral oak.
