Tasting Note:June 4, 2018

Dark purplish ruby red with fine sediment. Plush nose with dark cinnamon, blackberries, baking spices, plums, and anise. Medium tannins (6.5/10) with solid acidity and medium to medium plus body. Touch of heat on the palate with tons of layers of blueberries, blackberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, and bark. Long finish.

Made up of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.5% Malbec and .5% Merlot.
