Tasting Note:April 13, 2018

Bright salmon pink. Fresh on the nose with roses, watermelon, white flowers and strawberries. Crisp and refreshing acidity (6.5/10) and light plus body. Lovely palate with a zesty like mouthfeel and blood oranges, melon, strawberry creme, raspberries and a bit of tropical fruits too. Long and lingering finish. Prefer this to the 2016.

This wine is 50% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre and 20% Counnoise.

2018 till 2020.
