Tasting Note:February 27, 2018

Light to medium gold in appearance. Love the nose with tons of white blossoms, chamomile, touch of mint, lemon zest and a little bit of sweetness poking through. Balanced acidity (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Layered palate with lemon curd, stone fruits, a touch of tropical fruits and solid minerality that carries through the long finish.

Made of 100% Malvasia Bianca from the French Camp Vineyard in Paso Robles. Fermented in two single stainless and two neutral oak barrels and aged on the lees till bottling. Only 90 cases produced and 12.3% alcohol.
