Tasting Note:May 28, 2018

First wine at the tasting bar. Bright lemon yellow with a greenish hue. Layered nose with notes of green apples, honeysuckle, white flowers and citrus zest. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and well rounded with a medium body. Creamy attack on the palate with some white gravel, and stone fruits, especially white peaches. Acidity comes through softly in the backend. Medium plus finish.

Made up of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Frediani Vineyard in Calistoga. Aged for six months in 100% neutral oak.
