Tasting Note:May 28, 2018

Last wine at the tasting bar. Deep purplish ruby red. Deep ruby red. Layered nose with some elegant nuances. Notes of purple flowers, cinnamon and dark raspberries. Medium tannins (7/10) and medium plus to full bodied. Dark fruit on the attack with some darker spices, a touch of earthiness and a bit of baking spices. Long and lingering finish.

Made up of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc from the Frediani Vineyard in Calistoga. Aged for 21 months in 40% new French oak.

2018 till 2025.
