Tasting Note:December 15, 2017

Medium ruby red. A touch floral, a little savory and red berries. Medium tannins (5/10) and medium bodied. Red berries on the palate, solid acidity, floral and some spices. Medium plus finish.

Fleurs de Mai means May Flowers. Made up of 100% Syrah from 50 year old vines in IGP Collines Rhodaniennes. Aged for eight months in oak vats. Only 5,000 bottles produced.

2017 till 2022.
