Tasting Note:December 18, 2017

Second wine at the Reserve Tasting at Waterford with Justin. Deep garnet edges with a ruby core. Dark plums on the nose with spices, light greenery and licorice. Solid acidity and medium tannins (6/10) with a medium body. Well integrated with stewed dark berries and solid minerality on the backend. Long finish.

Made up of 95% Shiraz and 5% Mourvèdre. Aged for 17 months in young French oak barrels and 3,500 cases produced.
