Deep ruby red. Tight overall to start on the nose. Complex layers with savory notes, iron, gamey, spices, smokey, tight dark red berries and dark floral notes. Very Northern Rhone like. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Balanced throughout with solid acidity. Layered palate with olive tapenade, red cherries, bramble berries, iron, minerality, and earthy. Medium plus finish.
