Tasting Note:May 30, 2017

First of the whites from Skinner Vineyards. Medium golden yellow. Rich nose with notes of apricot, tropical fruits, hay and honeysuckle with a touch of wax and oak. Medium acidity (6/10) and light plus to medium bodied. Tropical overtones on the palate with good structure and a touch of toastiness. Medium finish.


Made up of 44% Roussanne, 27% Grenache Blanc, 17% Viognier, 7% Marsanne, and 5% Picpoul Blanc. Aged for 9 months in 70% neutral oak, 15% new French oak and 15% stainless steel.

2017 till 2020.
