The first wine before our blind red tasting. Medium to deep yellow. Rich stone fruit on the nose with some oak, light honey, touch of grass and very clean. Medium acidity (6/10) and well rounded. Medium bodied with notes of honeysuckle, golden apples and tropical notes like guava. Some minerality with a medium plus finish.

Made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc and only 145 cases produced.
