Medium to deep garnet red. Tons of green peppers and jalapeños on the nose. Moderate tannins (5/10) with a bit of fruit on the attack and a little spices. Light bodied and short finish.

These wines by St. Mayhem are truly 'Craft Wines; similar to the craft beer scene. This bottling is predominately made up of 2013 Mendocino Merlot used to brew some Ritual Roasters "El Angel" Costa Rican Coffee and then aged on Jalapeño peppers. Very interesting and definitely worth trying out if you love interesting wines!
