Light pale golden yellow. Beautiful and fresh nose with floral notes, honeysuckle, white and stone fruits. Crisp and refreshing, medium acidity (7/10) and medium bodied. Light acidic fruit on the palate with pears and peach, hay and a touch of beeswax. Long finish. Best when slightly chilled.


Second white wine tasted blind at our quarterly wine club tasting. The white wine options were either Chardonnay or Chenin Blanc, while the red wine options were Spainish Tempranillo or Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 7,000 bottles produced. This bottling is made up of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Clairette Blanche, Viognier, Verdelho, Roussanne, Semillon Gris, Semillon Blanc and Palomino. Aged for 24 months in a mixture of clay amphoras, concrete eggs and old oak foudres.
