Tasting Note:September 28, 2017

Deep ruby red with a little bit of garnet on the edges. Layered nose with quite a bit of earthy characteristics such as forest floor, damp earth, a bit stinky with some gamey notes, mushrooms and a tad dusty. Well rounded with balanced acidity and medium tannins (6/10). Very dry throughout with dark cocoa, plums, dried cherries and herbs, pepper, and darker berries. Full bodied with a long finish.

Beautiful Bordeaux blend from Tuscany (Toscana IGT) made up of 55% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Petit Verdot.

2017 till 2028.
