Clear pale yellow with low intensity. Super savory nose with toasty, stinky and smokey notes. Day two added in some dark floral notes and a ton of roasted nuts. Palate is some completely different. With notes of green apples, wet grass, and hay. Moderate plus body with some citrus undertones too. Moderate acidity (7/10) that is a little sharp. Long and warm finish.

100% Viognier from Catie's Corner. Only 75 cases produced.
