Tasting Note:October 24, 2016

Medium ruby red with medium intensity. Layered with some cherry jam notes, dark blueberries, baking spices, and grounded herbs. Moderate tannins (5.5/10) with a little harshness. Jammy and thick attack that thins out rather quickly. Medium bodied with a medium but almost shortish finish. A little metallic and herby too. Decent QPR as an all around and easy drinking wine. Would hold up against some sweeter foods.

Very interesting blend of 55% Zinfandel, 23% Petite Sirah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot.

2016 till 2019.
