Tasting Note:May 13, 2016

Second of the three non-reds sent to us by Chris. Clear pink with a very light orange hue. Strong attack of strawberries and bubblegum on the nose. Palate starts off with slightly tart and refreshing strawberries. Strong and lively acidity (7/10) with a crisp, light body. Day two this started to develop complex layers on the palate with some floral, sweet candy and cherry notes. Smoothed out a bit too. Off dry finish. Very nice Pinot Noir based rosé with the classic floral notes that developed. Solid work for this single vineyard rosé.
