First of the two wines by Saint K Wines, two completely different styles. Crystal clear pale yellow. Very bright nose, lots of green apples, tropical fruits, light honeysuckle and some white floral notes. Moderate plus acidity (7.5/10) and light bodied. Lots of white fruits, guava and some unripe melons. A little heat to start. Long and lingering finish. Can definitely improve a few points with time to fully integrate.

Made of 100% Grenache Blanc from three different vineyards in Paso Robles. Aged and fermented in a single stainless tank.
